1. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Belgium and to most countries in the European Union.

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

2. Delivery Times

Belgium: 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation.

European Union: 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.).

3. Delivery Methods

We work with reliable carriers such as bpost, DPD, and Mondial Relay.

Customers can select their preferred delivery method when placing their order.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery in Belgium: free for orders over €49.

Below this amount, a flat fee of €5.90 applies.

International delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to track your package in real time.

6. Package Delays or Losses

In the event of an unusual delay or loss of your package, ToxBox will open an investigation with the carrier.

No refund will be issued until this investigation is officially closed.

7. Delivery to a Pickup Point

If you choose delivery to a pickup point, you have 7 days to collect your package.

After this period, it will be returned to our warehouse, and the reshipping costs will be your responsibility.

8. Error or Absence During Delivery

In the event of an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, resulting in the package being returned, the reshipping costs will be charged.

Please carefully check your contact information before confirming your order.

9. Receiving the Package

Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package.

In the event of visible damage, it is advisable to refuse the package or file a written claim with the carrier and inform our customer service department within 48 hours.
